If you have excess skin with visible shagginess, having cosmetic surgery is probably your best approach.

Non invasive facial rejuvenation (skin resurfacing) makes the surface of the skin look smoother tighter, younger, and can remove or improve color irregularities. Skin resurfacing procedures usually allow you to return to work in a few days, and discomfort is minimal. However, the skin tightening from surface treatments is usually relatively minor and will not compare with the tightening that can be accomplished with cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Todd Parnes is board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is also licensed to practice in both Florida and New Jersey.
